a. The following Black Friday Deal Terms apply to the travel services of Sensation Travel GmbH, Prinzessinnenstraße 20, 10969 Berlin, Germany (“Tourlane”). They are directed exclusively at individuals residing in the U.S. who are at least 18 years old. Tourlane services aren’t available in all U.S. states. Check your state’s eligibility during the booking process.

b. Employees of Tourlane, its affiliated companies, and any cooperation partners, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation in Tourlane’s Black Friday Deal. Each participant may only take part in their own name. Participation by way of representation is generally excluded.

a. A prerequisite for participation in the Black Friday Deal is that the new customer concludes a travel contract with Tourlane with a booking amount of at least $5,000 (including VAT). Only upon fulfillment of this requirement will the customer receive a voucher valued at $500, which will be applied to the booking amount.

With regard to the minimum booking amount:

• The booking amount includes all contractually agreed land-program services (e.g., accommodation, transportation, meals), excluding costs for air travel, optional additional services, or insurance, unless these are integral components of the trip.

• Participation in the Black Friday Deal requires the new customer to enter the provided voucher code in the designated field of the booking form before submitting it to Tourlane. Consideration of the voucher code after submission of the booking form is not possible. Partial redemption, transfer, or cash payment of the voucher is excluded.

b. The Tourlane Black Friday Deal is directed exclusively at Tourlane “new customers.” A “new customer” is any natural person who is of legal age and fully legally competent and who, at the time of submitting the booking request, has neither booked a trip with Tourlane nor participated in a trip arranged or conducted by Tourlane. This specifically includes:

• No previous booking of a travel contract with Tourlane, regardless of whether such booking was canceled, rebooked, or otherwise modified.

• No participation in any trip by Tourlane, including as an accompanying person, fellow traveler, or in any other capacity.

c. All persons who have previously entered into a contractual relationship with Tourlane in connection with travel services are therefore excluded. Eligibility will be verified by Tourlane based on customer data (e.g., name, address, email address). Tourlane reserves the right to request proof (e.g., a customer declaration) to confirm new-customer status. Participation by legal entities, business operators, or in the name of third parties is excluded. Any misuse, including the use of multiple identities, results in exclusion from the offer and invalidation of the voucher.

d. To participate in the Black Friday Deal, the new customer must submit a “concrete booking request” to Tourlane within the promotional period. A “concrete booking request” is a communication (e.g., via email, online form, or postal mail) that contains:

• The desired travel service (e.g., travel destination, duration, number of participants),

• The personal data of the new customer (name, address, contact details),

• An explicit reference to the Black Friday Deal offer.

e. Should the actual travel price fall below the minimum amount (e.g., due to cancellation or modification), the entitlement to the voucher shall lapse retroactively, and Tourlane is entitled to recalculate the voucher amount or to terminate the contract. The voucher is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and becomes invalid in the event of non-compliance with these special conditions.

f. The Black Friday Deal may not be combined with other voucher and/or discount promotions, in particular affiliate, referral, influencer, or newsletter sign-up vouchers, as well as the Tourlane Plus discount.

a. The Tourlane Black Friday Deal is valid exclusively during the promotional period from 25 November 2025, 00:00 (CET) to 2 December 2025, 23:59 (CET).

b. The decisive factor is the time at which the booking request is received by Tourlane; the dispatch time is irrelevant. Booking requests submitted outside the promotional period or incomplete requests do not qualify for the offer. The conclusion of a travel contract occurs only through separate confirmation by Tourlane and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions.

a. Recourse to legal action is excluded.

b. Otherwise – particularly regarding the performance of travel services – the General Terms and Conditions and Tourlane’s data protection provisions apply.

c. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the conflict-of-laws rules.
