Concerned about your safety? So are we. That’s why we take every measure we can to build safety into each aspect of your trip, no matter where in the world you are.
Here’s how we do it
We work with the best
We only partner with registered providers who adhere to strict safety standards—be it hotels, tours or transport vendors.
We help you stay one-step ahead of emerging events by actively monitoring your destination's security status.
Unlike other online travel companies, we aren’t just salespeople. We’re local travel experts who make sure you’re informed and prepared every step of the way.
Our 24/7 emergency hotline is there to help you resolve whatever crisis you may be faced with—be it a breakdown in the middle of nowhere or a medical problem.
Our team in action
Recent incidents we've taken care of
Vehicle collision with bear
Canadian Wilderness, Canada
Our team took immediate action to replace the vehicle and notify local authorities. We also contacted the customer’s next hotel to delay her arrival.
We arranged medical treatment immediately, rebooked the customer's flight once he was cleared to fly, and arranged a business-class upgrade for added comfort on the way home.
Kruger National Park, South Africa
We contacted our local partners who then guided our customer to another entrance of the park. We also alerted other travelers in South Africa of possible demonstrations.
We used GPS technology to track our customer’s location, and then organized technical support to fix their vehicle.
Preparing to go
Before you travel, you’ll receive a travel kit and a list of emergency contacts, as well as advice for when you’re at your destination. In addition to that, we recommend the following:
Protect your trip
