The Nuremberg Trials courtroom is one of the most affecting single rooms in Germany. Courtroom 600 in the Justizpalast is still an active courtroom, which means access is sometimes limited — book the tour in advance and allow more than a quick walk-through. The Documentation Center at the former Nazi Party Rally Grounds nearby, open throughout, is among the most seriously curated historical sites in Germany and earns equal time.
Day 1–3: Berlin
