On this tour we would like to introduce you to the secrets of the production of wine and olives through a safari tour that will forever stay in your memories!
Our safari drive begins after we pick you up from your hotel or accommodation, heading towards the Terra Creta olive oil mill for a tour and olive oil tasting. As our day tour continues, we will visit Karavitakis winery for wine tasting accompanied by interesting information, for example the secrets of high longevity in Crete!
Afterwards, we head to the village of Ano Vouves to marvel at the ancient olive tree (3,000 years old) and learn about the history of olives. Our off-road adventure starts as we head towards Sebronas village and cross a gorge with a picturesque creek nestled amongst lush vegetation and panoramic views. Along the gorge, we will have plenty of opportunities to take photos of picturesque chapels, sheep, goats, bees, sprawling vineyards, and gorgeous olive groves.
After working up an appetite, we arrive at a small village tavern in Nea Roumata, where we will introduce you to Cretan cuisine with plenty of local food and let you feel the very essence of the renowned Cretan hospitality. On the way back, we will follow an easy asphalt route through orange and lemon trees before reaching Chania town again.

London for three nights, then Rhodes and Rethymno across eight days — the trip moves from northern Europe's most layered capital to two of the most characterful islands in the eastern Mediterranean. The jeep safari through Crete's interior is the activity I'd highlight most in the final section. The mountain villages, the olive groves, and the local wineries in the hills above the coast reveal a side of the island that the harbor and the beaches simply can't.
Day 1–3: London
Hotel: H10 London Waterloo Hotel
Three nights on the South Bank with the Stonehenge and Bath full-day excursion, the Thames cruise with dinner, and Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, and the museums across the remaining time. The Stonehenge and Bath excursion is best placed on the second day — Bath's Roman Baths and Georgian streets provide a counterpoint to London's pace, and the contrast makes both places register more clearly.
Day 4–6: Rhodes
Hotel: Avalon Boutique Hotel
Three nights in Rhodes Town with time to walk the medieval streets, visit the Palace of the Grand Masters, and use the remaining days for the beaches and the quieter villages in the island's interior. The old town is best explored in the evening when the day visitors have gone and the streets carry a different quality of light and atmosphere.
Day 7–11: Rethymno, Crete

Four nights gives the Venetian harbor, the old town, the beaches, and the jeep safari each their proper time.
