London to Paris to Barcelona — three cities moving west to east along the northern Mediterranean edge of Europe, each with its own distinct character and pace. London is dense with history. Paris is precise and refined. Barcelona is looser, warmer, and the most enjoyable city to simply wander in without a plan. This sequence builds well.

What I always tell people about Park Güell: the skip-the-line entry is essential, but timing matters too. Go in the late afternoon when the light is coming from the west — the mosaic terrace and the city below look entirely different at that hour than at midday, and the crowds have thinned considerably.
Day 1–3: London
Hotel: H10 London Waterloo Hotel
Three nights on the South Bank with the London Eye fast-track entry at dusk, Buckingham Palace and the Tower of London, and the Oxford and Cotswolds day trip. The Cotswolds are most rewarding in the late afternoon when the organized tours have thinned; ask your guide to time arrivals accordingly.
Day 4–6: Paris
Hotel: Hôtel Claridge Paris
Three nights at the Hôtel Claridge near the Champs-Élysées, well-placed for the Louvre, Montmartre, and the Seine. Two full days covers the major landmarks and the neighborhoods properly, with the Eiffel Tower visit best placed on the first evening so the city's scale is immediately understood. Montmartre in the early morning — before the souvenir stalls open on the Place du Tertre — is a completely different experience from the midday version.
Day 7–10: Barcelona
Hotel: Hotel Balmoral
Three nights at the Hotel Balmoral in the Eixample with the Park Güell visit, the Gaudí landmarks, the Gothic Quarter, and the private tapas tour across four days.
