“Instead of a hotel or guesthouse, a special ambience awaits you in the Spanish paraderos. This is because these are state monuments such as monasteries, castles or ancient fortresses that have been converted into breathtaking accommodation. In most cases, there is also a fantastic gastronomic offer!”
