The catamaran tour along Ibiza's southern coast covers coves around Es Vedrà and the cliff formations near Cala d'Hort that are unreachable by road, and it's the experience I always book first on this circuit: it sets a high bar for coastal scenery that makes every subsequent island stop read in relation to it. The farm-to-table dinner on Mykonos is the one I'd book first on the island: it takes you out of the port town entirely into the agricultural interior, where the food culture has nothing to do with the tourist waterfront. For the sunset catamaran from Imerovigli, request a late afternoon departure rather than evening; the light on the caldera cliffs at 6pm is warmer than the post-sunset hour most operators default to.

Day 1 - 2
Officially known as Eivissa, Ibiza is one of the Balearic Islands, a Spanish archipelago just off the coast of the Iberian Peninsula. While Ibiza is renowned for its boisterous clubbing scene, there is much more to this exquisite island paradise than its famous clubs and all-night raves. Travellers seeking a quiet beach getaway will find numerous sandy coves lapped by crystal clear waters, while culture lovers will be equally sated by some impressive art galleries and historic buildings. Peaceful yoga retreats, superb seafood restaurants, and several fantastic entertainment venues complete this alluring package. Whether you’re there to dance until dawn, soak up some sun on a beach, hike the lush scenic interior, or discover the island’s fascinating heritage, you are bound to find endless pleasure on this unforgettable island in the Mediterranean Sea.

Start your day by departing from the hotel or a nearby meeting point for your comfortable bus transfer to the port of Ibiza. Once there, you will board a modern catamaran, where you can make yourself at home either on a comfortable seat or on the spacious sun terrace.
As soon as the boat departs, your dreamy journey begins along the unspoiled south-east coast of Ibiza, which is only visible from the sea - past breathtaking landscapes up to the famous beach of Las Salinas. After crossing the strait of Es Freus, you finally reach the paradisiacal beach of Illetas on Formentera. The turquoise water and the sight of luxurious yachts create a real vacation feeling.
Enjoy a long swim in the crystal-clear sea while the crew prepares a delicious buffet with fresh fruit and refreshing drinks for you. After a relaxing time on board, you will return to the port of Ibiza, where your bus will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
Day 3 - 4
Set on Spain’s gorgeous southeastern coast, the capital and largest city of the Catalonia region, Barcelona, is an exquisite, seaside metropolis. With its dizzying array of architecture and its world-class galleries and museums, artistic delights abound at every corner (most strikingly in the astonishingly whimsical structures designed by the prolific modernist architect Antoni Gaudi). Explore the winding alleys of the picturesque Gothic Quarter, take in the boisterous carnival atmosphere of the world famous, tree-lined La Rambla boulevard, or go on a gastronomical adventure through the city's restaurants. Head to one of the gorgeous white sandy beaches and when the sun sets, join the eclectic all-night party scene. Don’t miss the opportunity to see the phenomenal Sagrada Familia, take in an opera at the sublime Palau de la Musica Catalana, and watch a game at the famous Camp Nou stadium.

Flamenco, a vibrant mixture of dance, song, and guitar, is the heart and soul of Spain. It has evolved alongside the contrasting historic influences of Arabic, Jewish, and Gypsy cultures. Ava Gardner or Hemingway — all of them loved Flamenco. With this show, you will enjoy the best pure Flamenco in a mythical venue of Barcelona. Heart, soul, and the complete surrender of the artists to their craft is what it is all about. Complete the experience with one drink.
Day 5
Out of all of the Cyclades - the group of islands that surround the sacred Greek island of Delos - Mykonos is perhaps the most famous. It is known for its gorgeous green rolling hills, exquisite beaches and the glamorous, cosmopolitan crowd that typically vacations here. While Mykonos makes for an ideal base for archaeological day trips to the nearby islands, the island itself has plenty to offer. Spend your days exploring the quaint winding alleyways strewn with iconic whitewashed houses; sailing around the picturesque harbour and out into the glistening Aegean Sea; unwinding on the idyllic beaches, and dining in the numerous fine restaurants. If it’s unforgettable nightlife, a bit of luxury, and plenty of natural beauty you are after, Mykonos is undoubtedly the destination for you.

Mykonians love to eat and cook, and that’s why our island is a place where you’ll never feel hungry. Known for rich aromas and authentic flavors, our cuisine is rooted in traditional Greek heritage—and there’s no better place to experience it than at a traditional Mykonian farm. During your visit, you’ll learn the art of Greek cooking, enjoy warm hospitality, and take in the natural beauty of the farm surroundings.

Day 6 - 7
Nicknamed the ‘Balcony to the Aegean’, Imerovigli is a captivating village on the northern coast of Santorini, set 3.5 kilometres from the island’s capital, Fira. This ancient settlement offers inspiring views of the volcano, caldera, and, at one time, approaching pirates. With its whitewashed structures topped by bright blue domes, cave house settlements, and network of walking paths, the town offers the quintessential Greek experience. Take the Ekklesia Theoskepasti hiking trail past the thirteenth-century ruins of the Skaros Venetian Fortress, or wander between the enthralling historic churches and cathedrals that dot the town (Ai-Stratis and the Monastery of Saint Nikolaos are particular highlights). An array of guided tours, trips out on the water, and top-notch shops, luxury spas, and highly-acclaimed restaurants complete the package.

We sail along the southern coastline of Santorini, admiring the island’s lunar-like landscape. At the picturesque Red Beach, passengers are welcome to dive into the crystalline waters for a refreshing swim or explore the vibrant seabed. We then continue toward White Beach, the Black Mountain, and the Lighthouse at the southern edge of the Caldera. The journey continues to the volcanic islands and the famous Hot Springs. While anchored, a delicious meal is served on board, accompanied by wine and dessert.
Start time: 15: 00
Group size: Max 20 pax

Ibiza to Barcelona to Mykonos to Santorini — seven days jumping between some of the Mediterranean's most identifiable coastlines, each with its own distinct energy. The catamaran tour around Ibiza's coastline on the first day establishes the register early: sea caves, clear water, and the island's southern cliffs from a deck rather than a beach. Barcelona adds architectural invention and the best tapas culture in Spain. Mykonos gives you the Cyclades in a single concentrated evening, and Santorini's caldera closes the trip on the Aegean's most dramatic terms.
The farm-to-table dinner on Mykonos is worth building the evening around. The island has a genuine agricultural tradition behind its more photographed surface — the tomatoes, the local cheese, the capers — and a dinner that makes that connection explicit changes how the island reads.
Hotel: Amàre Beach Hotel Ibiza
Two nights with the catamaran coastline tour, time on the beaches and in the coastal coves, and an evening at leisure. The catamaran circuit covers the southern and western cliffs, which are the parts of Ibiza's coastline that reward the boat rather than the beach approach.
Hotel: Hotel Balmoral
The Sagrada Familia and Park Güell on the first day, the Gothic Quarter and La Rambla and the flamenco show on the second. The Hotel Balmoral in the Eixample keeps the noise of La Rambla at a distance while keeping everything worth seeing on foot.
Hotel: Vencia Boutique Hotel
One night on Mykonos is a focused visit rather than a comprehensive one — keep it to Mykonos Town in the evening, the farm-to-table dinner experience, and the windmills at dusk. The Vencia Boutique's central position makes the waterfront and the town's backstreets both easy on foot.
Hotel: Santorini Palace Hotel
One full night on the caldera rim with the sunset catamaran cruise and time to explore the surrounding villages and viewpoints. Imerovigli's caldera paths at dawn, before any other movement on the island, produce a silence and a light quality that makes the whole journey worthwhile.
The best time to travel for this multi-country trip is during the shoulder seasons of spring and fall. These seasons offer a perfect balance of pleasant weather, ideal for exploring vibrant cities like Barcelona and sun-drenched islands like Mykonos, while avoiding the intense heat and crowds of summer.
The cost for this multi-country trip can be tailored to various budgets. On a mid-range budget, a week in Spain starts at about $1,400 per person, while a week in Greece starts at around $1,100 per person, excluding flights. A budget-friendly trip starts at approximately $80 per day in Spain and $65 per day in Greece.
This trip is a rich blend of city life and island escapes. Highlights include the iconic Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, the ancient Acropolis in Athens, and the picturesque villages and beaches of Mykonos. For activities, you can take a paella cooking class in Barcelona, a hike in the Samaria Gorge, or a cruise to the beautiful beaches of Mykonos.

A fantastic trip. Clément, who planned the start of our journey, was very attentive to our requests, constraints, wishes, and budget.
