Day 1 - 4
Dominating the Attica region of Greece, the country’s capital, Athens, is one of the oldest cities in the world. For over two and a half centuries, the astonishing Greek temples and monuments of Athens have continued to intrigue and amaze visitors from around the world. This icon of western civilization seamlessly combines ancient history with modern architecture and a surprisingly lively atmosphere. This is particularly apparent in areas at the foot of the Acropolis, Anafiotika, Plaka, Monastiraki, and Thissio where visitors will find numerous extraordinary Neoclassical buildings, trendy and traditional cafes, and shops, and narrow winding streets with historical treasures at every turn. Once you have enjoyed a history and art fix, try some mouth-watering Greek cuisine at one of the city’s fine local restaurants before indulging in the insatiable nightlife at the chic cocktail bars and waterfront dance clubs.
The Athenian Callirhoe Exclusive Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Athens City, Greece, near the Kallimarmaro Stadium, the Acropolis, the Brand New Acropolis Museum, and Plaka. The hotel’s cosy and elegantly decorated rooms and suites feature tea/coffee-making facilities, central heating/cooling, workspaces, private bathrooms, minibars, hairdryers, flat-screen TVs, and laptop-sized safes. Accommodations with balconies are available. Facilities and services include restaurants, a bar, daily housekeeping, a sauna, a gym, and Wi-Fi.
Short on time but want to see everything that Athens has to offer? We know how to get you around all the ‘must see’ sites and sights. Our Athens city tour takes you to the most important sites of the historic capital. The Panathenaic Stadium was the site of the first Olympic Games of modern times in 1896. The Prime Minister's residence (ex. Royal Palace) is guarded by the Evzones in their colorful uniform. The Temple of Olympian Zeus,Hadrian's Arch, Parliament, and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, and Omonia Square. We make a short stop at each place. Of course, we can’t leave out the Acropolis, home to the Architectural Masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and ‘the harmony between material and spirit’, the monument that ‘puts the order in the mind’, the Parthenon and the Theatre of Dionysus'. Concluding the tour, we will visit the new Acropolis Museum and admire the wonders of the classical era.
Day 5 - 8
Located in the Ionian Sea, the Greek island of Zakynthos is the third largest in the Ionian Archipelago, and, dubbed ‘The flower of the east', is known for its exquisite natural beauty, dramatic landscapes, and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Visitors can enjoy swimming and a variety of watersports at the beautiful beaches of Agios Nikolaos, Alykanas, and Tsilivi. Another undeniable highlight of the island is its infamous 1980 shipwreck, tucked away on the spectacular Navagio Beach, a picturesque and secluded cove encircled by impressive towering cliffs and only accessible by boat. Don’t miss the beautiful ‘Blue Caves’, cut into the cliffs at Cape Skinari. Spend a leisurely afternoon taking in a public concert at the enormous historic Solomos Square, or meander along the charming waterfront.
Calypso Suites & Villas Zante is situated overlooking Ammoudi Beach. Each villa is surrounded by gardens, with one bedroom and a living room. Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast each morning. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, parking and easy access to the beach.
You will be picked up and transferred to the main harbor of Zakynthos Town, where you will board the cruise boat for an unforgettable journey along the island’s stunning north coast.
As the boat sets out, you will pass residential areas and resorts lining the eastern shoreline before reaching Skinari, the northernmost point of the island, where the lighthouse overlooks the sea. Just off the port of Agios Nikolaos at Skinari lies a small islet shaped like a turtle, and from here you can also enjoy views of Zakynthos’ closest neighbor, Kefalonia.
The cruise continues toward the famous Blue Caves, discovered in 1897. Their name comes from the mesmerizing aquamarine and turquoise colors of the water. If sea conditions permit, there will be a swim stop here so you can experience the magic of the caves up close.
Next, the boat heads to the world-renowned Shipwreck Beach, where the dazzling shades of blue create a spectacular backdrop for the wreck of the ship “Panayiotis,” resting dramatically in the cove. Due to safety regulations, passengers are not permitted to disembark onto the beach or swim in the cove, but the boat will stop to allow for fantastic photographs of this unique landscape.
Throughout the cruise, there will be two additional swim stops at carefully chosen locations, depending on the weather and sea conditions. Guests can enter the water via ladders from the boat. For safety, it is recommended that less confident swimmers bring flotation aids.
Custom holiday packages and trips that fit your budget
Itineraries built exactly to your needs

Full service assistance before, during, and after your trip
The most pleasant time for this trip is the shoulder season, spanning late spring (May to early June) and early autumn (September to October). This allows you to avoid the high summer heat and crowds, which is especially important on popular islands like Zakynthos. You’ll enjoy warm seas for swimming and comfortable temperatures for sightseeing in Athens.
The cost of your trip will vary based on your style, but a mid-range, week-long trip to Greece typically starts at approximately $1,100, excluding international flights. While Zakynthos is generally a budget-friendly destination, a more basic trip begins around $65 per day, allowing you to comfortably enjoy meals and local transport.
The highlights combine iconic history with stunning natural beauty. In Athens, you must visit the Acropolis, Parthenon, and the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion. On Zakynthos, take a cruise to the famous Shipwreck Beach (Navagio) and explore the magical Blue Caves, which offer mesmerizing aquamarine waters.
Since Zakynthos is a well-known nesting site for endangered loggerhead sea turtles, be mindful of any local regulations and protected areas, especially around Laganas Bay. For the best experience, we recommend renting a car to discover the island's many viewpoints, traditional villages, and less-accessible coves.
